Fresh stevia leaves undergo rapid heat treatment, halting enzymatic degradation and preserving chlorophyll, polyphenols, and glycosides in their natural state.

Sterilization (消毒)

Food-grade sterilization ensures microbiological safety — meeting international standards for direct food ingredient use.

Micro-Grinding (粉碎)

Stone-mill or micro-grinding technique produces ultra-fine powder (similar particle size to ceremonial-grade matcha), maximizing solubility and dispersion.
