Where SteviCha Works
One ingredient. Four application domains. From beverages to supplements, SteviCha™ delivers natural sweetness, vivid green color, and functional benefits — all from a single whole-leaf source.
SteviCha™ whole-leaf stevia powder is used across four application domains: beverages (RTD teas, functional shots, smoothies, plant-based lattes), baking and confectionery, dairy and yogurt, and dietary supplements. Because it is milled to an ultra-fine powder, it disperses into the product rather than steeping out of it — carrying natural sweetness and a jade-green colour directly into the base formula.
Application 01
From RTD teas and functional shots to smoothies and plant-based lattes, SteviCha™ integrates naturally into the beverage category. Its ultra-fine powder disperses cleanly without gritty sediment, adding a subtle green hue and clean sweetness that complements — never overpowers — your base formula.
Recommended dosage: 0.2–0.8% of finished beverage weight, adjusted to target sweetness.
Application 02
SteviCha™ brings a two-in-one advantage to baked goods and sweets: natural zero-calorie sweetness paired with a vivid natural green color. Use it in cakes, cookies, chocolate, gummies, and frostings — replacing artificial colors and refined sugar while adding matcha-like visual appeal.
Heat-stable up to 180°C (356°F). Recommended dosage: 0.5–2.0% of flour/dry-mix weight.
Application 03
Dairy products are natural carriers for functional ingredients — and SteviCha™ fits perfectly. Blend into yogurt, kefir, ice cream, and cheese alternatives to deliver sweetness, color, and polyphenol benefits in one ingredient. The fine powder integrates smoothly into both fermented and frozen dairy matrices.
pH-stable from 3.5–7.0. Recommended dosage: 0.3–1.0% of finished product weight.
Application 04
With four active compounds naturally present — steviol glycosides, polyphenols, chlorogenic acid, and polysaccharides — SteviCha™ is a single-source functional ingredient for the nutraceutical industry. Use it in capsules, tablets, powder blends, or effervescent formats to deliver sweetness plus wellness.
Excellent flowability for capsule filling. Recommended dosage: 200–500 mg per serving, depending on product format.

FAQ
Four application domains: beverages (RTD teas, functional shots, smoothies and plant-based lattes), baking and confectionery, dairy and yogurt, and dietary supplements.
Indicative starting ranges: 0.2–0.8% for beverages, 0.5–2.0% for baking and confectionery, 0.3–1.0% for dairy and yogurt, and 200–500 mg per serving for supplements. Final usage levels depend on target sweetness, base formula and local regulation — confirmed together with your application team.
The powder is milled to an ultra-fine particle size similar to ceremonial-grade matcha, so it disperses into the liquid rather than steeping out of it — hot or cold. For cold RTD lines, a pre-dispersion or high-shear mixing step is recommended to keep the powder in suspension.
SteviCha™ contributes natural sweetness from steviol glycosides carried in the whole leaf. Because it is far sweeter than sucrose, it is not a one-to-one replacement by mass, and it does not supply the bulk that sugar gives — formulations needing bulk are usually built with a bulking agent alongside it. Trials are run against your specific recipe.
